Apparently a lot of Sherlock Holmes type items have letters and number ratios hidden in the description...I thought maybe you have to simplify the ratios to solve it, but it sounds like it is a cipher of some sort maybe?

Idk, I'm supposed to be doing hw right now, I'll wait until someone else figures it out and the link is flying everywhere
