I went out for new years and she ******** grounded me. ME. Her 23 year old, adult son. What the actual ********? I'm ******** grounded because I spent the holiday with friends???
I am so tired of her s**t. I need to go out and get a job.
I told her "I have places to go," and without skipping a beat, she said "NO."
I'm not even joking. This is getting ******** serious.
I'm pissed as all hell right now.
I'm seriously considering taking everything and LEAVING. FOR GOOD.

To be completely honest with you, leaving is the best thing you can do.
Nothing you say will help the situation, but getting out of there as quickly as possible will solve the problem.
Of course, you'd have to have some place to go, money to do that with, etc. It will be worth it, though.

My best friend and her siblings all went through similar situations with their step-dad.
He would ground them for the DUMBEST things, even after they turned 18.
My best friend got the hell out of there when she started college, but she moved back in with them recently and guess what? She's almost 23 and she got grounded last summer because she wasn't feeling well enough to cut the grass one day.

Get out of there while you can, man.

I had a seasonal job, so I'm thankful for that, but I'd like something more permanent, you know?
Other than that, life has been treating me well. I have a really good feeling about this year.

Nintendo Wifi: If your network doesn't use a WEP key encryption, then you won't be able to connect. If you tell me what brand/model your router is i can try to walk you through changing it, just keep in mind that when you do you'll have to change the passwords on all the wireless devices you connect to, since they'll probably still remember connecting through your old setup. I remember I helped someone change theirs and they texted me like um.. it doesn't work now. and i was like bro try reconnecting it with the new pass. then it worked derp nvm i guess

Also, the thing about Internet Explorer is that it's still probably the most used browser, since it comes with every Windows PC, so it's the most vulnerable in terms of getting viruses from it and such. But as with anything if you're careful it doesn't really matter that much
