I love that show so much.
I'm the worst at improv, seriously.
I was in an improv comedy workshop in high school, and on the first day I was told to quickly come up with a funny story about how chairs are made.
The first thing that came out of my mouth? "Give me a moment to think."

I think I'd be better at stand-up, since I could have my routines all planned out beforehand.
