So I bit the bullet and told my boss that I might start looking for other jobs.
Then I immediately get called in by my new boss (I'm switching departments) and he asked what sort of raise I was looking for.
I'm at $10/hr right now. I made 11/hr as a cashier. He's going to push for 15/hr because apparently they want to keep me around.
Still not super high for a business analyst. I'll see if they can get it for me though before I apply for anything else.
I'd go from 20k a year to 30k. $1400/mth to 1920/month.
They said they'd have an answer by Monday...
SO WE'LL SEE.
