Think of me long enough...

Okay, and thank you Arqueete!
I'd be happy to help on a Tuesday/Wednsday night because ..well... House got moved to Mondays but that's not relevant for next month. mrgreen Saturdays are looking better because Torchwood is over now too. Not sure if that's a good thing yet though. xp

And I think the (*) means that person was a sub, but I could very well be wrong, so pay no attention to the girl behind the laptop. razz

... to make a memory.

1) What Rachelle said.

2) On House nights we're all trying to half watch it while we perform or download it later XD I try to avoid many performances falling on them.

Think of me long enough...

Haha, well.. it won't be a problem now as there are four episodes left, but.. domokun

Gah, school is a pain. confused

Either way, I hope to audition for next month. No clue what that will be but I know it'll be good as usual. whee

... to make a memory.

Guys, I cannot tell you all how sorry I am about last night. I have been very unreliable for this whole production, and I felt really awful every time I let you guys down. Because of this, I have decided that this is the last time I act for GTC (until I get a stronger connection). However, I still want to help you guys out in any way I can. I would love to help out on the costume crew, or anything else that you guys may need extra assistance on.

I had a really great time getting to know you all, and I hope to see you again soon.

Ceribi is absolutely right. XD The people with *'s are people performing a role that they weren't assigned for that night. Although, Silverah, in my high school, ITS members got *'s by their names too. XDD

Yeah, that's how it works at my school, too. That's why I asked. rofl I've had my asterisk since the end of freshman year.

HOWEVER, ASTERISKS ALSO INDICATE THAT THE PIECE INCLUDES INAPPROPRIATE MATERIAL. (Is this everywhere, or just Florida State Thespians?)

Thespian standards are universal in the organization, I think. IDK.
Not sure about other places. Perhaps.
Wow, another Florida State Thespian. XD
OPINIONS WANTED

1) Do you know anyone who has/would like to write a one act?1?1?1 I want to meet them.

2) Should we knock the performances per month down to 2 or 3 instead of 4? Why or why not?

3) Speaking of number one. Currently I'm planning for the next show to just be several nights of (repeated) one acts, since the night of one acts thing would take so much time to organize on top of a conventional show. Is this a good idea or a bad idea? Why? Should we attempt to find one acts through a contest a la the failed script writing contest or just put out a open call for them and see what happens?

Let's try a one act 8DDDDDD
That sounds like fun, and easier to do, yes?

Less stress with casting issues...right?

You know what would be a fun one to do/see? Some of David Ives's All in the Timing; it's a bunch of silly one-acts with a lot of fun word play, that might still translate over in the gaiaonline medium...

I am actually. XD
But meet ups make me feel awkward as hell for some reason. sweatdrop
I'm probably going to run into you anyway though. I'm troupe 3814, I'm performing in Everyman on Wednesday, as Discretion. (The one who looks like a homeless person. XD)
I might run into you at a workshop or the closing ceremony though. My name's Austin, but my friends call be Bob. XD (Don't ask, long story. XD)
I hope you can come see Everyman though. (You might not be able to if you have the wrong opening ceremony, but there's a 2-in-3 chance you'll be able to. XD)

I think we're supposed to go see "Songs for a New World". We're Troupe 3929 out of District 2, and we're mainstaging Proof (though I'm not involved) and have some big group musical pieces. And I'm probably going to spend most of my festival locked away on the top floor of the convention center at the playwriting workshop. D: Not that I don't love it, it's just... everyone but me writes about suicide, abortion, and AIDS. It makes me feel awkward and immature. My name's Aliza, but the back of one of my drama shirts says "The Playwright" on it along with a bunch of greek letters.

My friends are in Songs for a New World.
My friend Emily has an entry for playwriting, so I might be there. I don't know yet. XD
