`Condom
The main issue was that there was a bajillion and a half(over-exageration, I know) [GTC#] accounts. It got incredibly confusing, especially with Towns' new text layout where text will move around when there's more text boxes.
Thus comes to my first suggestion.
I know to some, making a new email for a new mule may be irritible, but I do admit that I had the patience to make well over 50 emails for 50+ mules that I use for Gaia Events. So if someone as lazy and I could do it, I'm sure others could, too. For each character for your plays should have it's own mule. For example, [GTC] Phantom, or [GTC] Christine. Etc. Think of it similar to Gaia's [NPC] Name layout for their specific characters. It'll keep a make a big organized improvement.
We started out with mules with the characters names in them, and there was a lot of bickering over whether or not we should change over. The problem isn't the e-mails, I have a subdomain just for GTC e-mails, it's the trading passes
sweatdrop Making the current 11 mules we use now was a pain because I had to go on each and do polls and things until they could afford the trading pass to recieve costumes and hair money. I already go out of my mind (and am usually rather late...) with all the trading they involve and usually have to ask for other's help to finish them
gonk
So, in conclusion, it'd be cool, but
I am certainly not doing them. I'm usually a person with a patience for tedium, but a lot of GTC stuff isn't very intellectually stimulating and after all of these shows my patience runs thin
gonk (Which is why lately I've been guilting other people into sending out all those reminder/newsletter e-mails for me)
Also, on another note, in regards to sylvie's comment about offstage characters...
One incredibly useful thing about having the character names not in their usernames is that we can shamelessly take advantage of the fact that most audience members don't remember which character is which number to cover cast problems...
sweatdrop You hopefully didn't notice that our narrator wasn't able to say her lines at least twice last night and other characters covered for her.
So that's why I've been pushing away that idea so far.
