I saw it two summers ago.

I might be thinking about another play but I'm pretty sure it was Wicked.

Hope you had a fab birthday. heart whee

EDIT: Were you talking about on Gaia or in real life? sweatdrop I saw it with my brother at Broadway two summers back as well. It was phenomenal.

Sorry, no. I'm just looking for a rating.

Seriously, from the bottom of my heart. . . . .

GO SEE IT!!!!

Look in your local newspaper and see if they have midnight showings (they do in my town). If they do and you somehow can, go to one. You won't be disappointed.

If they don't, then rent it. Trust me, you can't go through life and NOT see this movie.

And Kerrbie, the same applies to you.

Also for anyone who's curious, here's a 1997 live version of Time Warp and Sweet Transvestite. I'm don't really the singers of Time Warp, but the guy doing Sweet Transvestite is probably the best singer I've heard since Tim Curry himself did it:

RHPS

Also, as a treat, here is Anthony Stewart Head, aka Rupert Giles from Buffy, doing his own version of it (as he has played Frank N' Furter in a 1990 revival). Enjoy:

Rupert does RHPS

the chick that did Tara also has sung it, as Janet.. i found the wave file a long time ago..

Walmart sell the DVD for 7.50

I know, I went and bought a copy the other day. My old VHS tape was worn out and so was my first DVD copy of it.

Shock treatment....ever hear heard of it??

Yeah, I've heard of it and the die hard fans will tell you, NOT to see it. It's that horrible.

I managed to arrive this time!

Awesome! whee
I really hope we can get more people interested in the GTC and can do more plays. I would like to do some more: Little Shop, Wicked, Rent, etc. So far, of the one play I've done and the one we're about to do, I'm having the best time.

I'm just glad that I'm gonna be in it.

I don't mind playing Riff Raff at all.

I wonder who I'm gonna play tomorrow?

Real life. ><
Only GTC production I've ever seen was Avenue Q.
Rocky Horror?? YES!

Shock Treatment wasn't that bad, unless you pretend it's a direct sequel to Rocky Horror. As a non-sequel, it's not a bad movie.
I had the weirdest Rocky Horror Picture Show dream EVER!
I swear, it was one ******** up dream.
I thought I would post that I might be a little late to tonight's rehearsal. I'll still be there, but I might be 5 to 10 minutes late. I have to go to work at 4:30 (Central time) and write up some reports that I didn't do last night (thankfully tonight's my night off) and then I'll be trucking home to log on. So don't freak if I'm not there at the exact time. I will be there.
Good job guys!
Lovely Rehearsal!

Made a post in the guild with some new banners for this month specifically.
SORRY TO DOUBLE POST but do we want a cast party? Usually we watch the show we're doing and, well, this month's pretty easy. I have a link to the movie streaming for those who don't own it.

If we do get together we should probably do it before performances (so Friday, Sunday, Monday, or Wednesday). Traditionally we usually do it before dress rehearsals, even, so people get a better sense of the show as a whole and inspiration for their characters. It's up to you guys, I can do any of those days. (I can't do it the Friday after that, I have a NaNo kickoff party to go to.)
