The end of a great event

The Gaia Secret Santa began in Novemeber of 2008. The idea was thought of because of a GCD gifting thread which gave inspiration to this event. It originally started out as a GCD exclusive event and then made its way as it was moved to the GCP.

The Gaia Secret Santa got spotlighted in late November creating mass chaos but nontheless it was settled out and a lot of good friends were made. With the help of about 20 "elves" the thread mods controlled the masses of people and helped contain Blues Sanity.

On December 25th, Christmas Day the thread was locked and all of the santas joined the next event run by BlueAltitude. The Gaia Birthday Bash 2009. The thread can be found

Thanks again from the bottom of my heart, it has been a joy running this event and meeting everyone. I hope to see you all at the next event.
