I have read Naruto before OM had to go and shut down its reader. *sniff*

In short, the character featured created animated creatures (such as a large flying bird) made out of plaster....explosive plaster. I bet I could find a relevant hulu episode....


Edit: yeah, he's pretty much in the early Shippuden episodes.
