I was thinking instead of cosplay days, maybe you could make one theme over a few days.
Like a weekend thing or something
It was always hard to coordinate everyone for one day
and then it ended up we've already switched for the next costume

And also don't be surprised if this gets moved
Doesn't technically fit under the zomg forum
