The bomber is the one who blew up Edmund's shop a while back in the manga update. We have to identify who they are, and supposedly they're just a user among us who has been spotted in the Gaia Community forums.

I really don't understand the aquarium stuff. Everyone's got full happiness, I feed them everyday, but my kiki get's pissed when I feed them. Sorry I ran outta Meow Mix! XP I only bought the gravel and Lilly, and everything else in the tank is from the Daily Chance. What determines who's glowing?

It really doesn't matter! XD

Only certain fish will glow, and they can't be [lite] fish from the DC.
There's a program written into them to determine when they glow.

I used to have a really nice tank back when the Watermeat's were the "it" fish.
But I found it was more trouble than it was worth to me!

Ah, I see. My arrow fish and jelly are the only non-lite ones I have. I'm glad that they at least give drops when the lites pass away.
