I'm not too sure about that being true for all shorter people.
I have a friend who is almost a foot shorter than me and she can't swim or float on her back.
And I can.

@feather: Actually the heavier you are the better you float. I know because I'm 5'9" and my bff is like 5'1" last time I saw her and she was floating half underwater. xDD

I'm actually kinda glad I'm on the short side. 1) I can wear heels and not look like I'm *too* tall. I have a couple tall friends with this problem. Them and their long legs... 2) Most boys are taller than me. My first boyfriend was shorter than me. Never again. It was so awkward.

Yup, he still has some time then.

My boyfriend really wishes he was taller, especially since his dad was really tall.
When we were in high school and we went to prom, I didn't wear heels because I didn't want to be taller than him and make it awkward.
