There was this thing on the news tonight about a leap year baby who's celebrating her 21st birthday even though she's really like 81, so we should have an item dedicated to her. Like a strip club background with grandmas

It'd be nice to have another leap year commemoration item. Since it only happens every four years (as well as landing the day after my Gaiaversary), I should think they'd have ample time to plan something out.
