yeah, i kind of started playing, and when i first visited everywhere, i noticed onl a few places with damage. But now, i'm seeing a lot of broken down places like Gambino. sweatdrop So you think its all some plot? confused

No. It's a glitch that the admins were unable to fix for a few days because they were at a con. Please read the rest of the posts in the topic.
