What do you think makes a successfull gaia guild?

me and my friend started a guild a month ago and its sorta rolling downhill, people arnt really comeing to it anymore i guess it was getting old/bland or whatnot. Anyone have any subjestions on how to stir to life this Guild?

P.S
it is a Lycan RP Guild if that helps anyone

I don't know... what's gia? I've heard of Gaia, but never Gia.

RPs such as vampires/lycans/demons are all REALLY common. That may be why. You need something that makes your guild different from all the other run-of-the mill rps. Once you figure something out advertise more, and pm the members who haven't been showing up. You also need to remember that guilds usually run very slow.
