My guess is that it would be for the overall design of the house. I mean, look at it. It's only a skeleton, a complete construction of the.. Well, inner structure. Maybe the money will go to the wallpapers, the roof, the furnishings, ect. But then again, a question mark wouldnt be there if that was so.
