Whelp. Valentine forum has revealed itself. Here's the images you get from the NPCs when you send them a message.

If you look at your "Special" tab in your inventory, you can view the photo there so you don't have to keep the PM...or possibly hoard many of these of your favourite NPC that was included. Your call.

Update: Some NPCs that are not on the event message list appear to give message responses as well. Give it a try. I'll try to look for more that may give a response.

I'm going to have to agree there. I kind of wish there were more NPCs included and something about Ruby seems quite...off. Wonder if they would add more later, but probably not likely.
