The secret to getting so much money so fast is donating to Gaia and selling the letters. That can you so much gold so fast. But you also gotta count the time when the Really Jacked Up items came out. I sold all of those the time they came out and made about 20,000 gold.

I always think I am spending too much (I make about 8k a month and spend 6k of it on sealed envelopes gonk ) As for limiting my gold, I don't. I should, but I just don't. I have never boughten a really exspensive item anyways. I can't wait till back wings come out though, I'm hoping they are small like the guitar ones, but who knows.

They'll probably have multiple poses, like the donation items. I sure hope so, anyway. But like Seth said, I'm more looking forward to the Quest System itself than I am the Wings. I'll play that thing like mad, be the first person to get the wings, and then sell 'em for millions. Yahoo!

The most pure gold I ever had was 210k before I bought my Nitemare Scarf. Sometimes I get enamored with the idea of staying over 1,000 gold at all times, but other times I just find random items in the stores (like ties, for example, my last spending spree) and I just blow it all. I'm silly like that.

Yes. Way too often, actually. I enjoy creating new outfits for my avatar, so whenever a cool new idea strikes me, I get on a shopping spree. I'm trying to be reasonable: I know that at some point, I'll get tired of my cool new outfit and want to sell off most of the items. That's why I try to find good deals at the Marketplace when making the outfit, so I won't lose anything when I sell my items off... or, better yet, even win something. However, too often I get really impatient and don't want to wait for good deals, which often makes me feel I spent too much.

Not really, but I do like to keep my gold amount over 20k. If it falls below that, I'll feel uncomfortable. It's not a hard limit, though. I'll go below that if needed.

Hm... well... sometimes. ninja Though, often I simply buy a crapload of inexpensive items at the same time, without thinking too hard. I once managed to burn about 260k in half an hour without thinking twice. That's my personal record, and I don't plan on breaking it anytime soon.

Nah, not really. I'm not that crazy about any back wings. I'm very anxiously waiting to see what the quest system will be like, though.

I am a very simple gaian...I change my avi clothes sometimes, but i looove this outfit, so I'm keeping it, and all I want is enough gold each month for a donation letter, thats it ^_^ I look forward to them each month, but to no avail have I bought a letter and kept the item on my avi...the worst spree I ever went on was when in one day I completly decorated my gaia home, for no reason, but the weird thing, I got 2 rare events that day and broke even O_O after months of no rare events, lucky, no?

as for the angelic backwings? I use my avi and my RP character, and she has no wings, so, to be honest, I am not to anxious about them.

Iv'e spent far over 100k, but have never bothered to save that much. Heck, I wanted this musketeer top, only have a thousand. Sold two items to get it, and now I don't even have 1000g. But lately, I just try to keep around 10k, so I can buy 2 donation items every month.

They reached 50K already? Nifty~ they always were a pretty item, in my opinion.

I used to have the "DO NOT FALL BELOW THIS AMOUNT OF GOLD" thing for myself too. XD I felt funny if it dropped below 400K pure. But nowadays, I've gotten used to having 20K or under.

The BIGGEST drop is when you go from like 7 digits to two. confused I went from 2 mil + in pure to about 12 g when I bought NM minis awhile back.
