Obviously Gino didn't die. I don't know how, but he is too loved to be killed (as you can see by the fan girls). Its like a hollywood movie in which it is obvious. either someone new comes in, or gino klled gambino (he remembered "evil" wink . maybe he got on a plane... stare if gambino had enough money to build that tower... whats a jet to him?
Anyway, what do you think happened?
