i think you may be on to something
maybe there is just a long list of code, maybe being lots more losing combos and a few 3 halo and 3 wing combos, and each of the codes is picked at random, that seems to be a perfectly good explanation for it all

an example would be

halo-box-coin
coin-coin-devil
devil-wing-box
halo-halo-halo
wing-box-coin

just alot longer, with many more losing combos, and a few winning ones

I beleive they are predetermined, because a Randomizer sort of thing of that Level would be incredibly hard to make.

I'm pretty sure the the thing you're gonna get is dertermined as soon as you hit spin, that's why you can get the same set of three things frequently.

I think once when I got some kind of error, I got three coins. I have never really noticed the combo. I guess I just don't play enough. However, next time I will take note of it.

Its definately... something. xd A default code for when it glitches to make sure the user doesnt win anything. But at the same time, you're being conned out of your 1, 2 or 3 gold with a certain fail. xp If they're gonna stop you winning anything, surely you should get your tokens back?
