Please stop. I think that's considered spamming and I don't want my thread moved.
As far as I'm concerned (and I've read every post in this thread, so I'd like to think my observation is a valid one), there are no "trigger" words or phrases to get you the dress. In fact, almost all of the gifts at this point have had personal messages attached to them based on what people where discussing. I think the anon gifter(s) will give out the dress whenever they are online and see that you want the dress.

[03/18/15]: I do not think the dress is being gifted anymore. It's been over week since the last known person was gifted.
If you'd still like the dress, both versions can be obtained through the Market Place or as a random drop from the Brown, Blue, and Pink Magical Giftboxes.

How to get the The Dress: (3 is most important!!)
1. Someone in the staff (most likely an artist) is randomly gifting them. A lot of people who have posted here asking for one were given the dress, so try it out!
2. Random grant from the Magical Blue/Brown/Pink Giftboxes! It is so far unconfirmed if Golden Giftbox will do the same. Human AND paw dresses for sure drop from all three boxes!
3. If you are going to attempt to get the dress via posting here, please, please, please refrain from spamming! I'd like for my thread to remain in the GCD, so the key to your posts should be discussing!

Actually I only noticed it because I was trying to match Minghii when she had the animated confetti. I noticed that I could change the preview in dress up just by changing between static and animated of the same pose. rofl
