has the worst odds.

I'm a RIG Item Addict.
I know this.
Never once have I felt my money was misspent until this month.

So there's a CI Clean-up which makes it so there are, to quote something you said on the 7th, " Better Odds of Better Items! " -- in type in the first post here

I purchased 11 bundles. -- thats over $100 in GC for the new Starlight Redemption.
In opening those 99 items I didn't ONCE get a Victory.

I know we can't get them for every item or else they wouldn't be special, but I should have been able to get a couple... if not, at least, one.

I feel cheated. Ripped off.
These are not "Better Odds." These are not "Better Items."

- - Also I'd like to note for anyone that wants to say the CI Clean-up was about taking out all of the older crappy items out.
OVER 1/4 of the 99 items were from PAST CIs. - and not Rare items either.

Does anyone else feel cheated or ripped off this month?

You might want to edit your post or you're going to confuse someone.
Unless they changed something while I was sleeping, its not an automatic win
for the shooting star.
