I notice the only way we know to escape from the curse is to be half-breed (Cresento : father elf + human mother ; Cordell : father vampire + mother elf).
Maybe the curse is the discrimination toward other races ?

Personally, Cresento and Cordell probably escape the curse from the luck for having a parent (while in Cresento's case, his grandpa is lucky too) who isn't a cursed Kuro elf. Like so 50/50 chance and they won the luck.

So yeah maybe that and with luck, too.

I feel bad that Cresento is Discriminated for being only half Dark Elf and a Human it explains why he is seen often hiding his ears then showing them off i love the idea also that Nicolae and Cresento have such a good relationship with one another..(especially the new comic that came out) their relationship is pretty much closer then that Nicolae and Cresento both have backstories they'd wish to forget yet aren't always good facing one anothers fights..But god damn Gaia you hooked me well.
