This is basically why I gave up on trying to make my avatars extravagant and fancy. Too much gold-chasing for an avatar that I would get bored with in a week. Now I just use simple gold shop outfits, and satisfy my creative wiles with Tektek.

That happened to me just the other day, the item I wanted wasn't even listed! I still bought the other stuff I needed for my outfit and when I looked again a listing was up! It was like twice the price it should be but I bought it anyway. I am so poor IRL so I enjoy being reckless with my virtual money biggrin
