On topic. I do think it's inappropriate. It's an 18+ site. I did hear that they put NSFW filtering on the front page so some kid doesn't randomly click to spinning dickcopter. But still. 2003 and 2004 there was a Linklist that also contained an 18+ section to hentai websites and that was removed because it was thought too inappropriate for the site. Same with the Personals because it was full of people being raunchy. Now this. How wonderful.
Agreed. Someone told me once that there was a girl who posted a link to a piece of art in her photobucket, and then she got banned because in that same file of her photobucket there was some NSFW/hentai art. So because she posted a link to a page you had to click about four pages further to get to porn her account got banned. If this is true the Tentacl advertising is hypocritical as hell.
And even if that didn't happen, I still think the Tentacl advertising is inappropriate. I may be biased because when I first visited the site there was no NSFW filtering and the front page had the infamous dickopter, and of course I was on a train full of people when that thing spun by on my big laptop screen. Silly me for thinking that the site would be safe if I hadn't even signed up and verified that I was 18+ yet. To me, the whole site resembles anything but actual adults and is just infested with hormonal teens looking to cyber and exchange n***s. I don't see any real draw but the porn.
