My avatar Nikko used to be called Nikko Takishima and she was a half demon
that could turn into a GIANT PHOENIX, did a mention she was also a ninja. emotion_yatta

That was back when I was 13 years old role-playing with one of my older
sisters and her friends, now a days Nikko is a totally different person.
She loves light pink clothes, gold accessories and Lolita type dresses.

Also she is a human now but occasionally likes to wear back wings and halos
with the assistants only Alchemy can give-GO FUSHION! emotion_donotwant Friggin' trying to take it's place meh-ah-ba-ba-ma

OH! Nikko also likes to change her hair styles and wear wings too. emotion_kirakira

So basically she is a total girly girl now and would love to hang out with Rina. xd

Ah...well...my tale is my own!

Coming here as a child, no more than 13, I crossed into this land to seek friendship and adventure! I stumbled around this world, blathering on and laughing all the while. Helped by my comrades, and held up by the spirit of this community, I went on adventures in Gaia for five long years.

I sang, I fought, I loved, I lost, I discovered, and I wrote. It was a time I wouldn't trade for the world!

But the land that I knew changed. The community that used to be all-important...started to hold it's own image above all else, instead of the upholding what it once stood for.

Seeing this change unfold, I decided it was best to seek out new places to go (as many of my friends did before me). At 18, I decided to leave quietly.

I still take a boat out here to Gaia from time to time. Walking through it's streets; seeing the hustle and bustle...I can pretend that all of my friends are still around. Ready to spark a conversation about philosophy, or dive into a good story.

Alas, my visits are short. Last time I was here, I was accosted by thieves who made off with everything I owned (including the clothes off my back)!

It was nearly two years before I was able to return...and surprisingly, I found my items waiting for me in a chest marked with my name.

While the economic situation hasn't improved (not that it ever mattered to me), I'm happy to have my cherished mementos back.


And that's my story so far. I'm nearly 23 now. I come back to Gaia occasionally to relive the past, but perhaps I should consider staying to carve a new future. Things won't go back to the way they were before...but perhaps people like me can instill a positive change for those who come after. It seems like the right climate to do it...

I am the embodiment of fear and evil

As this account started out as a cosplay account, I actually marvel a bit at how much of a persona I've given it. Shrimpie was a transplant from the far away land of the anime Orphen who stumbled his way into Gaia. Soon after his arrival, he shed the clothes from his past and began embracing the culture of his new world of Gaia. He soon settled into life as a resident of Isle de Gambino and made his first fortune playing Slots (I did in fact win 3 halos in early 06), using that as a basis to make his way in the exchange, he slowly incorporated himself into the world.

But then! Then a new section of the Casino opened and Shrimpie found himself transfixed by the new, charming and handsome Cards dealer Russell Ace. Shrimpie pined from afar, going so far as to request the local artists to doodle some art of Shrimpie and Russell together. Eventually everyone who met Shrimpie began to know him as the crazy Russell Ace stalker. emotion_yatta

Fast forward nearly 10 years since Shrimpie first stumbled into Gaia, and very few things about his avatar have remained consistent. He still has predominantly red hair and eyes (but obviously not always), and he has managed to grow a set of buck teeth that have now become a part of his character. And he as not been limited to one species either, he has been Zurg, Vampire, very shortly a Glompie/Orc, a demon, and most recently, a Grombie. The Grombie is here to stay though. emotion_awesome

In all seriousness, with the amount of work I've put into Shrimp_Man's persona, I might as well actually officially declare him an OC and write about his adventures with Russell Ace. xD

I'm currently out of character for a forum-event, but the usual avatar is hired goon from Aekea. Originally he worked a henchmen for another user, who was essentially Gaian supervillain, but eventually quit due to lack of worker's rights. When the bulk of your job is gettin' outsourced to flyin' monkeys, you got a problem.

Once he was out of a job he took up a life of crime, muggin' tourists and stealin' stereos. He eventually became involved in the criminal underworld. And by that, I mean the undead kind of underworld. Moldy skeletons peddlin' fake GO Phones. Real bad stuff.

He recently found stable employment as a bodyguard, but is having a difficult time kicking old habits.

In his youth, TIM was some kinda nerd that liked to cosplay as a blind elf magic user, and was totally emo. We don't talk about those days.

When he grew up a bit, he decided to join the FVZA (Federal Vampire & Zombie Agency) to protect Gaia from the growing undead menace. Unfortunately, during a mission to clean up a dangerous Grunny infestation, he became infected with the G-Virus and was discharged. Soon after, he was scouted by a more openminded agency known as the GiB, or Gaians in Black, a secret organization dedicated to protecting Gaia from extraterrestrial threats.

After rising through the ranks, his career peaked as he found himself leader of the GiB during the Zurg Invasion. Once the crisis was over and threats of an extraterrestrial nature became more and more infrequent, he decided it was time to retire, and leave the planet protecting game to the next generation of agents.

After travelling the world for a number of years, he's returned to his old home in Aekea, appearing as a dapper gent with a taste for cobalt blue and the finer things in life. Thanks to a very "realistic" and "lifelike" prosthesis (oh dear, are my joints showing? sweatdrop ), he now appears as a pink, warm-blooded human once more. His extended vacation has left him much more relaxed and laid-back than before. However, behind this eccentric facade lies the same tired-looking grombie in a dull black suit, waiting to emerge should the alien threat ever return.

My avi had a story way back in the day for the most part it's kinda died out but when threads like these pop up it reminds me. Bibaxt Lee Knight( I really wanna rethink this name) is a kid sorta half raised by Edmund and the rest of the G-team. She used to reside in Durem but then took a job exploring the reaches of Gaia for Dr.Singh to find new items and ingredients. Now a days I imagine she's still half exploring Gaia and half settling down in Aekea.

My avi used to be an Animated hunter, before zOMG was shut down. Now she wanders, looking for work that she's accustomed to.

Assaulting garden gnomes and being charged with damaged property + having flashbacks whenever you see a nice fat purple clutch in the grasp of some highwired shopaholic??

I still have flashbacks of pillaging ninja villages and stealing masks. I can't even go to steal from people at operas anymore; last time I did that I got nerves and shot the parents of some kid.
