Usually there's many types of voices in my head that matches the person typing. As for Battle Squid... Battle Squid sounds like something out of this world. gonk

I read all voices in my head with my own voice, just tweaked to fit with the person's voice xd (As if reading out loud dialogue for a kid's book).

It's rare when something has its own unique voice. .....I never realized this until writing this post, of course ._.

I always give different voices to people when reading what they have written. When I see BATTLE SQUID I hear an epic announcer type voice in my head. When people also talk in caps, I read as if they are yelling their words.

I've talked to guild members over zOMG but they've already decided that Dakki has a different voice than irl Dakki.


I tend to read in my own real voice just out of habit unless I've heard their voice or imagined it differently in say, an RP. It's just in my head, I guess like how people from other places think in their first language.

Wow, I guess I've never put much thought into my avi's voice or any other voices on Gaia before...
Thinking about it now, I'd have to say that I pretty much read every avi with my own, regular voice.

My voice is a wondrously posh English accent, with a Victorian bent! It is exuberant and a smooth tenor, bordering just on bass! I read everything in my voice, for it is more cultured and refined!

I don't think everyone here should be seen as someone who behaves "in-character", and that to assume we all have "voices" is presumptuous. Personally, I don't have a voice, I type my posts. I'm not here to play a character I'm just here to have a discussion, exchange information on an equal plane. If I wanted to hear voices I'd go to Barton town, or become a schizophrenic.

Hmm. I picture Arashi as having this high annoyingly cute voice,I also think of her as having a japanese accent.Technicolor Kyoto has a more, gruff and deeper voice that has a really apathetic sound to it.BATTLE SQUID sounds...I can't place it. It's really loud and kinda crazy sounding.
