I personally think they should but some people might see otherwise.

I just like how since Gaia cash can't be traded so there is technically no inflation happening, just a greater amount of cash shop items being purchased and whatnot.

What say you GCD? o:

- x -

gaia_spoons Replace or Remove both?
gaia_spoons Do you like Cash generators more?
gaia_spoons Do you think Cash generators could use more time on the market? Since the usual time they are up is 1-3 days?

You may talk about other things related to cash generators as well! ;3;

I think they'd be a lot more careful with the cash grants XD so I'd say go for it <3
But time will have to tell if it's a good or a bad idea, I don't have any idea x ox; I have not been to a website that has done such a thing...

Given how GC based things are becoming, it's certainly an enticing offer. I wouldn't mind if they made GC Gens, since you'd possibly be getting more bang for your buck, and as stated it wouldn't hurt the MP economy since it's not generating Gold. It'd really depend on Price vs Payouts, though. If the average payout is higher than the price, it'll sell like hotcakes (though on the flipside, it could potentially be exploited). If the average payouts are lower than the cost, it'll be potentially hated and reviled (I can see the complaints about "stealing money" now). It's a good idea, but Gaia has to be careful how they go about it. I think they're testing the waters right now, and it's definitely a selling point.

I think so as well c:
I have played games that have gambled off their secondary currency like this, they just rigged it right where i felt my wins equalled what i put in or slightly lower or higher than that xD so maybe Gaia can do the same? I dont know .u.

I feel like it'd be hard for Gaia to successfully sell GCash generators in the cash shop. I mean, Gaia has to tip the odds so there would always be more GCash lost than gained, and I think after losing once, people would be done with the GCash gens.

If we're talking about GCash gens that you could purchase for gold, I would imagine the payout to be incredibly low and not worth it.

Yeah c: I'm hoping Gaia just switches over and balances the gc gens for that reason~ I really see it as being more efficient than gold generators by a long shot regardless of people complaining about losing money from these, sad to say but it's true. I'd rather see complaints about you losing out in cash than seeing a community complain about inflation. You can't please everybody but if you can please more people than you did before, that's what counts O: ???

If the reward was high and the cost to play is considerable, then that opinion is understandable but not completely true. Some with the right mind would say no more but others who win a bunch and have the money to do so will play regardless. It's like going to play at a casino literally, why do people still play at them if their chances to lose are high? Entice them to stay with big rewards. Another sad but true effect on people :C but it definitely makes money.

I think having that as a bonus is a good idea, but there needs to be some stability in GC purchases. I'm not going to spend money on virtual currency if I don't have an accurate idea of what I would be getting. In other words, I don't mind buying GC and *then* choosing to spend it on a Chance/Generator type of item. I what I do mind is spending GC and having it feel like a lottery ticket more than purchase. That would really, really leave a sour taste in my mouth.

It is all luck xD heh~ sorry you got the low end though. That fish was technically a Gaia cash generator in a gold and item generator so not exactly a true cash gen ;3; you could win other things besides that gen.

No they didn't

You might win up to 10000 Gaia Cash!!!

"Up to 10000 Gaia Cash" does not mean you will get 10000 Gaia Cash. It means that you can win any amount, but 10000 Gaia Cash is the maximum amount that you can win from it. People need to read better.

Heck yeah but they won't. It wouldn't cause inflation and in fact it would probably deflate most items and return some stability to the economy. If there was more Gcash around more people could utilize the cash shop which would create more supply of those premium items and lower their prices.

No more items being 100bil + on the MP the day of their release and 300bil a week later.

In fact it might even be a good idea to try and help the economy.

Buuuuuut they'd lose money that way so they won't do it.
