Pretty much, yes.

Most items from D*C (Cottontail Rose, anyone?) and bunches of poses from the Catastrophe! have these kinds of poses. When I sit down, for example, I have next to me Mistress Sentinel herself~ Reve Rouille has them, too, and they add stuff to its story.

It's not really a secret, but when you turn around in the Case body mods, your face stays forwards, so when you run up your face is a whole 180 degrees from the direction your body runs.

A lot of the Reve poses. The little clock has 4 looks depending if you are front or turned, and the hand poses. Also, if you equip it, and sit with hands down backwards, and also equip Mademoiselle, she swims and looks liek she's holding the clock.
