The world is....
So you think your art is not worthy enough to be in the announcements?...
Graff....

I don't want to speak for Pepper-tea, however
my guess would be that out of respect for the artwork by other EI artists it wouldn't be fair to include Reve art in every EI report or feel complete to only include it in some. Hence, the conclusion was to have it available through her journal. The art is extraordinary in my opinion. It inspired me to write this "interesting" (for lack of a more critical word) version of the Reve's tale:
The mademoiselle has always been a toy because everyone in the world is a toy. The toys never die normally so there is a rule that no new toys can be built so the world doesn’t become overpopulated. For a long time the Mademoiselle debates how the toys around the world came into existence. Everyone else seemed content focusing on things they could find the answers to more easily but the Mademoiselle wouldn’t just blindly follow what others believe to be best. She is determined to uncover how they were all built in the first place and the best way she can think to do that is to make toys herself. In order not to be discovered breaking the law she comes up with the ingenious plan of going underground…but not just underground, undersea! Not only is that where she scavenges for building materials but she makes sure she has enough fuel with her to work for hours building her creations in a hidden workshop she built within a cavern. She brings them back to the surface once they are complete and makes sure they each have an authentic looking identification heart in case any suspicion arises from the arrivals that are newer to these parts then the authorities would discover. One evening she was working on a toy longer then usual and she drifted asleep. She had a dream about a toy and when she awoke she just knew she had to build it. It did not matter that every toy component to build this dream toy was within her own body, nor that she was running low on fuel, she just had the strongest feeling it would lead her to the answers she desired so desperately. As she welded the last claw she began to feel weak and had to force herself to screw it on and make the toy complete. The Reve’s eyes opened slowly and it spoke “Child, why have you brought me back?” The Mademoiselle looked puzzled and began asking questions. The Reve explained that it was the creator of all the toys that inhabited the planet and that she was the Reve’s last creation. That he had to merge himself into her in order to make her complete and that she must take him apart and make her whole again. She opened her mouth weakly to argue but at that moment crashing sounds of rocks shook the cave. When the dust cleared there was only a small beam of light piercing through an opening in the cave in. The Mademoiselle squeezed the toy crab through the hole and told him the world needed the Reve more then herself. That living eternally made them bored and she was the only one she knew who still questioned things…that the Reve could emerge on dry land and inspire a golden age of thought and progress. The Reve explained that he created her for this purpose and that all eh needed to be complete was ensure her survival. “You are wrong” uttered the Mademoiselle “I can’t do what you ask. They won’t believe me, they need you” and she tossed her own identification heart at him. She felt this was best and was content at first during her last blinks but then a single large bolder crashed down upon the Reve and pinned it to the Ocean floor. “What hope is there left?” she thought as she took her last glance at the shadow of the great rock, unaware of the Reve’s rusty remains floating to the surface…one day.
