I think the sniper did'nt shoot the bullet from durem he or she was waiting.
When the bell rang(11h55am) the sniper got ready so he loaded the gun and took off.

He probably walked to isle de gambino.By the time he arrived it was maybe around 2h45pm.And since gino could'nt anything and was a dolt!He let sniper in the tower!That explains what he was doing at the top of the tower.To tell gambino that they have a visitor.So when the sniper went upstairs to the top.
Obviously this is the part where gino remembers everything.
And before they can have a sweet hug(awwwwww)the sniper shot gambino.

And that how gambino got shot!
