About our characters, I was wondering can we change the color of our characters hair? And I've tried looking for tails and ears for my character but I can't find them or there to expensive.

If it's a free style, you can do it for free by deleting your avatar and then recreating it by clicking the "delete character" button. Don't worry, you keep the items, gold, and everything else you've earned so far.

If you paid for it in the Salon (Durem), then you can go back and pay for the same hairstyle again, just a different color. Of course, you can do the same for a free hairstyle, but the delete character version is a bit cheaper.

And about the tail / ears, did you try searching for them in the marketplace (Isle de Gambino.)
