Question on Jet and Cygnus Lore

Which one of them would be to blame on the gold generators and inflation? I am not sure which and not too familiar with the lore of Gaia

Technically, they're just NPCs, soooo neither. (I'm just tired of people hating Cygnus...)

BUT if we want to just talk within the realms of the lore, I suppose it all started with Flynn, so, it's kind of her fault? Haha.
