I wanted to see how much it was/if there was a cost ladder (better promotion for more cost?) so I tried to promote an old topic I made (I wasn't going to actually do it, just to see the cost). But there was no option? Is this only available for new treads?

Seem like that you have to make a new one and to recall the question it Cost 100 GC

I rarely ever make posts, so I doubt I'll ever use PMP.

Still I guess there is some audience for it- I don't find it too garish personally and it really does draw the eye. Meh. People will spend their GC on what they want.

Still no. I find it to be pointless, if people need a flashy banner to come in and read my threads then they could go somewhere else. The forums are were i can freely express an opinion on certain topics. Spending money to get people to come into my thread just seems wrong to me.

But if someone else wants to do that then more power to them. I just find it to be ridiculous.
