well, If you look at the very top of the tower, its still not done yet.
After the tower is 100% finished, I do believe there wont be any space on the donation bar.

The odds are good that the middle of the bar marked what it would cost to replace his old mansion and the end of the bar marks the cost of his new expansion.

Another thing that people seem to be ignoring is that while Gambino's mansion was destroyed on Halloween, the G-Corp facility was not. It was a massive underground facility, right, going deep into the earth? The missle blew up the mansion, but it didn't destroy the labs. They were too far down. So all of that foundation must still be there, right? What could that mean?
