Thats why they intentionally put in the sacrafice mechanism.

SIN wins, Overseer uses all of his POWER to go all "IMA SACRAFICIN MAHSELF". Then he booms, and both are gone.

Overseerwin, SIN goes "IZ NOT OVER YET" and sacrafices herself, then she booms, then their both gone.

Going back to movies, usually the "bad guy" was the last one to win, thus the need for a "hero".

Hero vs Villain things are always cyclic.

I wold enjoy it if Sentinal won and then Gaia like went through and replaced all of the NPCs with demonesque copies. And then we got back mini-stories about a rebel band of NPCs and then at Christmas another battle.

Evil is just a point of view. They wouldn't have chosen their side if they didn't believe they were in the right.

I believe the zombies would win. Enough Gaians prefer the "evil" side and if we were taking into account that when a human (Gaian.. whatever) dies they become a zombie... Though I doubt Gaia would include that bit in a zombie event.

A reason I believe the good guys always win is that events should be somewhat preplanned.. what if the bad guys DID win? What if the main NPCs died? They'd either run into a dead end with the plot or have to create an entire new one or... Complications galore.

S.I.N. and Jack need to win. Lets let Santa stay a cow. mean let the bad guys win once in awhile. in EVERYTHING good guys win. That or they end up with what they wanted. In series where the bad guys are the "heros" they STILL LOSE. Gaia is embrassing this part of life.
