I heard somewhere that peoples' donations affect the rate the bar fills up- a lot of people have already given money, but now that there's a big fat question mark up there, everyone's starting to get a little jumpy.

After all, quite a few people remember getting infected or used as target practice during the 2004 Halloween event.

Seriously, that was one of my favorite events on Gaia. Being a zombie was a blast, and while shooting zombies was next to impossible (kept suckin' down those vials), it was still one of the best things I've seen the admins come up with so far.

Anyway, to keep this (kinda) on topic, thanks for the information! I'm eager to see just what happens with that Gambino Skyscraper O' Doom.

Please don't tell people this, as it tends to create a lot of chaos. sweatdrop I actually highly doubt the Casino will be coming out so close to the housing system, not to mention that no two large, new systems have come out within a mere month of each other.

In all reality, the casino is likely months away, and may not even be the next large update to be released. Many people thought it was coming up before fishing was released, still others thought it would come out next after fishing, they were both wrong.

I realize you said "probably", but the way you stated it, I wouldn't be surprised if some people just assumed you knew something they didn't and rushed off to tell everyone they knew that the casino was coming.
