If you look at there faces they kinda look the same and their names kinda ryhme. Thats my two cents.

It's still a possibility, did you ever notice Liam once says (I think) he was orphaned at the age of 5? Along with the fact, it's also possible they are long lost brothers. xp xp

i think liam is Ian's son from a H.S. relation and Ian never owned up to him, thus the reason Liam doesn't know Ian
