I'm always paranoid that I missed an update or something due to the large quantity of announcements every day.
So I like checking back here occasionally to make sure. :3

Also I feel it's good to make the public aware of how awful things are getting.
It's much easier to understand if there is an actual list of items (or lack thereof) in front of them.
