If you could make an EI or REI...

If you were hired as a Gaia artist and were given freedom to make an EI or REI all your own, what theme would you go for and what poses would you make? cat_whee

If I did an REI, there are two themes I'd like to do: mermaid and cruise ship. The cruise ship would have scuba gear, swimsuits, a lei, tacky Hawaiian shirts, a toy ship and a pose that makes it look like the avatar is sitting in a hot tub. cat_ninja The mermaid one would have bras, a wig, a rocky shore background, some mermaid tails, coral, and some sort of underwater companion.

Now, if I did a full EI... It would be a mythical creatures theme! cat_whee It would start with a "field guide" to mythical creatures, and each evolution would have a mythical creature companion and items based on it. And it would be awesome. cat_cool I'd also like to do one that's similar in concept, but using endangered animals, and a portion of the proceeds would go to some sort of conservation program. cat_ninja

And I have an idea for a long tern story one...but it'll never happen.

I would make a REI based on the adventures of an average business man who's life is not so average.
The guy fights bad breath monsters, guys who work at a coffee shop, and basically the average things a guy goes through at a box office job and into the evening.

A themeless EI. No theme, just what ever comes to my mind. One day it could be nothing but backgrounds about parks...the next it could be the clothes of a stripper at a bar!!

I would call it, the "FREE FOR ALL!" and it would not be FREE for the low low price of 749!!!

There are many Ghibli films that I think we could get a lot of poses from.
I do worry that it would cause an uproar because of how unique Ghibli things are...
And thus there might be worry of copyright infringement or blah blah blah.

Someone who used to work for Gaia once wanted to do an EI where they expanded on the map and landscape of Gaia. It would literally be an evolving map. When a friend of mine first posted about this in the GCD some time back I thought this was a great idea. I would so make that a reality but I'd change it up slightly to make it a Gaia version of a Fodor's travel guide/or travel journal and each evolution would be a chapter of the book touching on a location in Gaia. It'd be an evolving travelogue.
