how do you get konoha head proctors for your avatar and where/how do you find chests

1. You get them from the marketplace, and they're freakin' expensive. gonk

2. Chests are random events... you get a eek smiley in a speech-bubble next to your avvie, and the event will be somewhere on the page. wink
