It's a user script. You download a browser extension that lets you use them (Tampermonkey on Chrome, for instance) and create a new script. Then you enable it.

Or you could just read the instructions, y'know.

Ok so I have read the instructions. It shows up in my inventory with 2 boxs on the upper right but how do I use it from there? I do not understand how to put it to use.

I'm guessing one of the boxes generates a BBCode of your inventory. That code is what you put in a forum post to display your inventory's content, since that's the point of the script.

Either way, this isn't something we can really help you with, as it's a third-party script. You're better off asking the person who made it.
