That's because it's the newest, and has been in existence less than a day. Give it some time, and the newness will wear off.

Nouveau Spring is super cheap right now, i just got one for 10k and it's going for about 15k, half of what it's counterparts are going for- and get this, it has pink roses~! emotion_bigheart the only other item that gives you pink roses in your hair (off the top of my head that is) is spring rose, which is going for 120k right now.
plus, you get a cute artsy background item and a flowy green dress emotion_dowant
