Anyways my guess is that it will evolve into a elemental like hellboy 2 or a beanstalk

Here's what I think it will be:

Since Titan = Giant, and beanstalk = beanstalk, what story contains both a giant and a beanstalk? How about "Jack and the Beanstalk"? So, the stalk will grow a little higher, then we'll get things like a goose that lays a golden egg and so forth.

its been 4 weeks since it last evolved. so it might evolve with the next EI report. or might never evolve. i dont know.
