With others, I often recognize them by the usernames, sig art or even their avatars. The post format I often forget though.

Edit: As for the post format thing, I avoid having one and some with bright colors that might blind me. With my glaucoma, that could be bad.

I'd assume it's my post style.
I don't post it in every post though. Like.. if it's there on one page
already OR if someone quotes me and I quote back, I don't like to
have the post style clogging everything up. So I try not to. Also,
sometimes when I am on my other log in for my computer I don't
have the code on hand and I'd just post normally without it. XD

People who constantly post it in every post of a giant quote tree
annoy me though. LOL.

It depends but it usually comes down to what the person keeps for a long time and how often they post.

Some people keep the same avatar for years and even though I don't recall there name I'll be like "Hey I knows yous!!11" Same with signature and post styles. I am far worse at remembering names...unless they are a avid post maker. Same avatar though, I love. Cause if someone has group avatar art in their signature it's so cool that I can recognize a few other people in it. Just a simple joy in life. emotion_awesome

It depends, but it usually comes down to what the person keeps for a long time and how often they post. It's those who keep changeing there wigs, AVI and no post style I tens to forget about....unless the are a avid post maker.

Makes me feel sort of memorable. I like that.. it makes me feel like I'm part of
the community a bit more. xD I remember you from your avatar, actually. Like..
I just remember you're coming out of a book and have that background. x3

The guy in the graphic is actually Satsuki from Rentrer en Soi. :3
And he has side/solo projects and stuff. He was a big inspiration for me
so that's why I chose him for it. I have another graphic of him that I thought
about switching to but I'm kind of scared to go about changing the image.

For others, usually usernames.. Haha. After I've read their post, I usually look them up and down. Then I associate their post (be it a recognised post style or whatnot) with their names. Some times their avis if they keep up the same theme. xd
