I think I know what is going on with the second bar. Insted of it being complete in a certain ammount of time, I think that it moves on donations. It's like that because less people would donate because they either ran out of money or they lost faith!

no it's actually moving 1 pixel every hour....I guess it's to be filled by Friday????
