This is how Gambino was shot
The killer was on top of the Durem Clock Tower, the killer was not Gino, we know that
When Gino's memory returned, Gambino turned around, and that is when the bullet hit him
Gambino was hit by the bullet, it went through his back, and hit the pocketwatch
He fell backwards most likely because of a wind current or he died then, but he didn't fall from the force of the bullet, the bullet probally didn't move him at all
The building most likely fell from when Gambino's body hit the side of the tower (when he flipped over) and that moved the building enough that it's hight all shifted and it fell (Gamnino was far down by then)
