He can't be...
I noticed while he was falling his pocket watch was out...
I hope the watch had saved him from the bullet.. crying

I don't know the fait of the Von Helsons...

..even if getting shot didn't kill gambino there is no chance at all that he could've survived that Fall if he hit the ground he would be smashed if he hit the water his bones would've broken and he wouldn't be able to swim. he is dead no matter what..and thats the whole tragedy

the bullet didn't kill him, if he did die it was from falling how ever many hundreds of feet to hit, with much momentum, the water

Maybe the fall into the water didn't kill him. He does wear alot of clothes.
And the tower might have fallen the other direction. The debris trail did go
inland.

He picked off a target from a MUCH higher point than himself using a sniper rifle at an unbelievably great distance away. I'm sure with pure aerodynamics intact, the bullet probably wouldn't have done much but bruised him if it even made it.
