Greetings to my old friend, the GCD.

I have not posted as of late, but I'm curious. When I first started here, I somehow magically get pulled to this side of the community, yet sometime during my stay on Gaia Online, I went off and tried to fit in other parts of this website's BIG community. It wasn't always fun. sad And I started missing out on my favorite things about this website. And I missed the good 'ol GCD even though right now there's a heck of a lot of new people! Hi! xd Nice to meet ya! I'm Luufie though I used to be Tykie, but gave that name away. smile

Anyways, I am now behind on the manga storyline, last I tried reading it was with the first (if there was more?) Vampire event.Plus all these new games omg! When towns first came out, I kept up with it so much and tried to be a loyal gaian in providing the feedback it needed at the time. It was fun and my gold income was stable. When trying out the new forums some things went well and some things didn't go so well at all.

So I wonder, what are your experiences like as a Gaia Online user? Which forums do you consider your home forum? Is it the GCD too? What other parts of the website did you like being involved in? and your favorite places to visit? :3 (I shall gradually work on catching up)

I like the GCD. It has the largest percentage of in-the-know users.
If I want to know if something is up I go here.
GCD is my home forum, but I'm more of a lurker than a poster in here. I don't frequent much other threads, sometimes heaven, SF and CB, but lurker in those. Mostly in CB, I just love to see the nonesense there. xD

I love to visit zomg, just to look around, dress up page, since I love to dress my avi A LOT, comments I am a big comment person, also Mp to check items, guilds and arenas are my spots to go to and of course forums.
I go to Chatterbox quite often and other forums.
But I like it here at the GCD, keeps me updated.

Yeah, here too, I like being kept updated and in the know with the workarounds of gaia and talking about it. smile In a way, I feel more included and at the heart of everything about Gaia Online here. I forgot how much fun and enjoyable that was.
Some good, some bad. It used to be fun years ago when I first joined but then I decided to quit because of weeaboo drama. Now I'm trying to get involved again, find some new people to talk to, that sort of thing.

I think the GCD is pretty boring. It's great when I want news about items but other than that I don't see much potential in this forum. The Art Shops forum is where I roam.

the GCD is on the need to know / always seems to know basis.. and all the users here seem to almost be like a family and i love the atmosphere..

tho it is intimidating to others, i like my little GCD family
*hugs GCD*

I agree on the sense of family. It's lovely.

If you like, you can start talking with me as one of your new people. smile I also used to frequent the art shops and attempted to start my own many times. smile Shall get in more practice before I try again.
