I just got an email survey I took that asked me how I felt on different names and what they reminded me of.

I like imagine.me the best, but I have an uneasy feeling about this whole idea. What might end up happening is this site will lose yet more people who go over to the 18+ site, and that might just be the last nail in the coffin for Gaiaonline. And if that site doesn't take off, the whole company might go down in flames.

And even if that doesn't happen, Gaia's focus will be split again, just like it was when they moved half their people over to writing social games. It always felt like Gaia was the ugly step-child who got the leftovers of whatever resources they didn't need to write more social games. And now it'll be that same feeling again.

So they say, but it always seems like they're draining resources off of Gaiaonline to start these other ventures, which doesn't seem fair to the people here who believe their money is going to help this site.

Maybe we are having a baby (spin off) website, and this is the name for the new site? Possibly an 18 and up site with avatars similar to Gaia's? I couldn't imagine Gaia changing their name so drastically after 10 years. Then again the past few months have been kind of hectic.
